Gary, Tony, and George founded Off-Grid Touring in November 2020 after recognizing a growing need for a trustworthy mobile repair service in the caravan industry. We decided to team up after working with dealerships and realizing the limited knowledge, especially with the increasing complexity of caravan electrical systems. Seeing this gap, we saw an opportunity to provide expert service and solutions. In response to the surge in caravan sales during COVID, we set out to offer a professional and friendly service to meet the demands of the growing market.

Starting with 3 service vehicles, Off-Grid Touring quickly expanded, offering comprehensive coverage from Sydney to the Blue Mountains and Hornsby to Nowra. Over the years, we've built strong relationships with our customers by focusing on their unique needs and offering reliable solutions.

Our team of 8 amazing individuals, including skilled tradespeople such as licensed motor mechanics, auto electricians, and trained RV technicians, ensures that every job is completed with expertise and care. We’ve also fostered long-term partnerships with major insurance companies and are proud to be authorized warranty agents for leading RV industry manufacturers.

As we continue to grow, we remain committed to offering high-quality, customer-focused service across a wider service area, now extending from Hunter Valley to Nowra.
